Today, government and transport authorities understand the importance of adopting SRT. While the development of these innovations at scale can be expensive, leaders can initiate smaller scale projects before spearheading large-scale efforts. Having SRT drives the future of transportation and provides governments with the power over road traffic.

I feel that there are great benefits and positive impacts that communication and critical thinking can have on a leadership role at a workplace. By being a critical thinker, we are able to have better communication between our colleagues at work, especially when needing to lead a team.
